Professor Emily Williams

Emily is Professor of Diversity, Development & Inclusion and Vice Dean (People & Culture) for the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine at King's College London.

Emily has experience leading People and Culture functions within multiple institutions. As a social epidemiologist with expertise examining health inequalities and evaluating interventions aimed at improving equity and inclusion within health settings and higher education, Emily has a strong interest in building positive cultures within research environments. 

As well as our pioneering REACT scientific vision, we have a very ambitious plan for our research culture activities and hope to develop a thriving and positive research environment that enables REACT researchers to develop as the next generation of research leaders within advanced cardiac therapies.
