Pump-prime funding
In September 2026 we launched our first pump-priming funding call.
Eligible early-career researchers can apply for £5-20k consumables funding to pursue innovative projects that open new avenues towards the development of therapies for cardiac repair and regeneration.

Exploratory project funding
In Autumn 2026, we launched our global exploratory project funding call.
We are inviting established academic research group leaders to join us in tackling one of medicine's biggest challenges: helping the heart regenerate and repair itself after injury. You will not need a cardiovascular research background, because some of the most exciting breakthroughs happen when ideas from different fields are applied to longstanding problems in new ways.
